1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using ChatIA, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application.
2. Description of Service
ChatIA is a Shopify application that provides ai-powered customer support functionality. Deploy an intelligent AI chat assistant trained on your store's data. Powered by GPT-4o, it handles customer questions 24/7 with knowledge from your FAQs, documents, and product catalog — with seamless human escalation.
3. User Obligations
You agree to: use the app in compliance with applicable laws, maintain the security of your account, not reverse-engineer or misuse the service, and provide accurate information.
4. Fees and Payment
Pricing is as displayed on the Shopify App Store listing. All charges are billed through Shopify. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
5. Intellectual Property
ChatIA and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Zynapse and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zynapse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use ChatIA.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may uninstall the app from your Shopify admin. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email.
